2. Should I be home during the cleaning?
We kindly ask that you’re not home during your cleaning. This helps our team work more efficiently and gives you the joy of walking into a freshly cleaned home. We’ll coordinate a safe way to access your space.

3. How many cleaners will come to my home?
Every job comes with two professional cleaners. This allows us to work faster, more efficiently, and ensures every corner gets the attention it deserves.

4. How do I book a cleaning?
You can book online, call, or email us. We’ll confirm your appointment and send you all the details.

5. How should I prepare for the cleaning?
Please tidy up personal items, pick up toys/clothes, and remove dishes from sinks so we can focus on deep cleaning.

6. What cleaning products do you use?
We use high-quality, eco-friendly products that are safe for your home, family, and pets.

7. Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes! All CleanMaid team members are thoroughly vetted, trained, and insured.

8. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes — we bring everything needed for your cleaning, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

9. Can I request special cleaning tasks?
Absolutely! Just let us know when booking so we can plan and quote accordingly.

10. Do you clean the same things every visit?
We have a detailed checklist to ensure consistency, but we can customize your cleaning based on your needs.

11. What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee — if something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

12. What don’t you do?
To keep things safe and efficient, CleanMaid does not:

Move heavy furniture

Clean high/unsafe areas requiring tall ladders

Remove mold, biohazards, or hazardous waste

Clean up animal waste (litter boxes, cages, or pet accidents)

Perform deep carpet stain removal or wall/ceiling washing (we spot clean only)

Clean exterior windows above ground level

Handle chimneys, ducts, or fireplaces

Do yard work or large-scale decluttering projects

13. How do I pay for my cleaning?
We accept e-transfers, debit, and credit card payments. Payment is due on the day of service.

14. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a week in advance to get your preferred date and time.

15. Can I book recurring cleanings?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules at a discounted rate.

16. Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, we’re pet-friendly! We just ask that pets be secured during cleaning for their safety and ours.
